1. Introduction

Welcome to Reapsew Design House. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

2. Quotations & Acceptance

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment via Ozow Instant EFT. By completing payment, you accept these terms in full.

3. Pricing & Scope

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The scope of work is defined in your quotation or order confirmation. Any additional work requested will be quoted separately.

4. Payment Terms - Ozow Instant EFT

We accept payment via Ozow Instant EFT. Payment must be received in full before production commences. Reapsew does not store or have access to your banking credentials. All payment processing is handled securely by Ozow.

5. Deposits & Production

For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins. The balance is due upon completion and before dispatch. Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and material availability.

6. Cancellations - Made-to-Order

As all our products are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted before production has commenced. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, and deposits are non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, and artwork. Reapsew is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client. Clients must approve samples and proofs before production proceeds.

8. Samples & Approvals

Where applicable, samples will be provided for approval before bulk production. Once approved, no changes can be made. Additional charges may apply for sample production and revisions.

9. Returns & Exchanges - 48-Hour Window

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery and only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Size exchanges may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and intellectual property created by Reapsew remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their supplied artwork and logos. Reapsew reserves the right to use completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless confidentiality is requested.

11. Delivery & Courier Risk - No Insurance

Delivery is arranged through third-party courier services. Once goods are handed to the courier, risk passes to the client. Reapsew does not insure courier shipments. Clients are advised to arrange their own insurance if required. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier.

12. Limitation of Liability

Reapsew's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Reapsew reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or requests that violate our policies or values.

14. Governing Law - South Africa

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

15. Acceptance via Ozow

By completing payment via Ozow Instant EFT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Limitations

All products at Reapsew Design House are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we have specific limitations on refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Deposits

Deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place in our production schedule and cover initial design and material procurement costs. Once a deposit is paid, it cannot be refunded even if you choose to cancel your order.

Refund Eligibility Before Work Starts

If you wish to cancel your order before production has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the balance paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to reception@reapsew.co.za.

Refund Eligibility After Work Starts

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. This includes situations where materials have been cut, embroidery has started, or any manufacturing process has begun.

Defective Goods Remedies

If you receive goods that are defective or not as ordered due to an error on our part, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Repair: We will repair the defective item at no additional cost
  • Remake: We will remake the item to the correct specifications
  • Replacement: We will replace the item with a new one
  • Refund: We will issue a full refund if repair, remake, or replacement is not feasible

48-Hour Claims Window

All claims for defective goods, manufacturing errors, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at reception@reapsew.co.za with photographic evidence if there are any issues.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges may be accommodated within 48 hours of delivery, subject to availability and additional charges. As all items are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee that alternative sizes will be available. Exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Courier Risk - Not Insured by Reapsew

Once your order is handed to the courier, risk passes to you. Reapsew does not insure courier shipments. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. If you require insurance, please arrange this independently with the courier or your own insurance provider.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds via Ozow Instant EFT typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. Reapsew is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

Do you offer samples before bulk orders?


Yes, sample garments can be provided upon request.
This allows clients to assess fit, fabric, and finish before confirming bulk production.
Sample costs and lead times vary depending on the style and fabric.
How long does delivery take if an item is out of stock?

We produce garments fresh for each order. Delivery takes 7–14 days, depending on fabric availability, factory capacity, and seasonal demand. Your order enters our production queue based on the date it was received.
